In december 2024 the Vitaal Bedrijf program has come to and end. The website will remain online until december 2025.

Vitaal Bedrijf was an initiative by VNO-NCW (Confederation of Dutch Industry and Employers) and MKB Nederland (SME Netherlands). We wanted Vitaal Bedrijf to help entrepreneurs make their way one step at a time towards a healthy future. The outcome will be greater commitment, more job satisfaction, more productivity and higher profits. Each company has its own tailor-made programme but is part of a movement. This lets us challenge each other to become the country with the highest level of vitality.

We did this by offering all entrepreneurs in the Netherlands our specific and immediately applicable assistance. Together with our experts we set out the evidence about what works and what doesn’t. We brought the whole range of services together so entrepreneurs could take the most appropriate and specific step regarding vitality in companies.

Vitaal Bedrijf operated under the flag of the NLOM! Foundation and was sponsored by the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport and the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment. Through Vitaal Bedrijf, VNO-NCW and MKB Nederland and their regional associations are contributing to the National Prevention Agreement to which they sign up.
