Help setting up or optimising a vitality programme

If you’d like to get started on a vitality programme for your company, or are already doing a lot but would like to spar with an expert, then an advisory consultation could help. You can request a free advisory consultation through Vitaal Bedrijf. The consultations are conducted by various specialist partners, such as HollandFit.

How does it work?

  • Send an email to vitaalbedrijf@vnoncw-mkb.nl.
  • We will get back to you and schedule a consultation.
  • The vitality partner conducting the consultation will ask you for information such as the results of the vitality survey that was conducted among your employees. You may also be asked for information about ongoing vitality programme and activities that you have already put in place. This input is analysed and the analysis will be sent to your before the advisory consultation so you can go into it prepared. If you haven’t carried out a survey yet, You can conduct the employee scan among your workforce for free through Vitaal Bedrijf.
  • During the advisory consultation (face-to-face or online), we will address questions such as: Where do you stand as a company and where do you want to get? What are you already doing? What works and what doesn’t? How can you design the vitality programme in such a way that the company and employees are able to stick to it? Another topic for discussion is leadership. 
  • After the consultation, you will receive an advisory report that we will discuss together. It is then up to you to decide what you want to start with and whether you wish to make your own arrangements or work with a specialist partner
